Please check settings for sound at Android.
As each terminal has different specifications, please be careful about following points.
In the initial configuration, the scheduled notification is set 10 minutes before at each registration, you will probably register 10 minutes before without knowing this setting.
Notification time can be released with the following settings.

Only event data at Jorte Calendar Mode are targeted.

* Connect via USB to the PC, and using SD card on PC, backup cannot be done. At this time, schedule_data.csv is exported at [jorte] folder at SD card.
* Recovering data can be done from [Import Events] and tap [Import] at "Confirm CSV import". Regarding for confirm CSV import with CSV layout of schedule_data.csv, and change file name to schedule_add_data.csv, you can retrieve data additionally, rather than over write data.
By [Import Events(Add)], events data are imported as overwritten but not added by making file name as schedule_add_data.csv at the condition of schedule_data.csv CSV layout.
How to back up at Google Calendar mode
Please refer to the help of Google Calendarfor following function.
* Recovery is possible from [Import Calendar].
* There is the method to migrate information on Google Calendar mode to Jorte Calendar mode by "Jorte [Settings]->[Data Import & Export]->[Copy data from Google -> Jorte]", but this is not backup function.
How to back up Tasks & Memos
It is same as Jorte Calendar mode backup.
* Only local (asynchronous) Tasks & Memos can back up.
* Task information synchronized with Google Task cannot be backed up.
* Not lomited to Jorte, but also we recommend to take back up for other application.
Regarding for data migration from iPhone & BlackBerry & WindowsPhone, unless you can move that data to Google Apps Calendar, you cannot move data to the Jorte.
In the case of Android terminal to Android terminal, by referring above "Can you back up data?" data recovery is possible.
If you are using Jorte Cloud, synchronization setting after setting account make data recovery possible.
[Menu]->[More]->[Options]->[Calendar Settings]-> [Use Jorte Cloud]
CSV files exported from Jorte are composed of character code, UTF-8.
When CSV files edited by shift-jis etc. are imported into Jorte, letters are garbled because character code is different.
We support deleting all data at Jorte Calendar Mode (for users who have synchronization connection with Jorte Cloud is not object to cover), but deleting only previous data is not.
Because Google Calendar at PC(Web) does not have the function, we do not support the function at Google Calendar Mode.
Some terminals have settings to install application to SD card with priority.
[Home]->[Applications]->[Preferred install location]->[Removable]
If Jorte is installed under this condition, it will be installed into SD card.
Please be careful of the followings:
All widgets cannot be used.
Response time(processing speed) might be slower.
There are some users who format SD card without knowing Jorte is installed within SD card and think that Jorte is un-installed and data is disappeared.
To move(install) Jorte from SD card to the terminal memory is the following:
[Home]->[Applications]->[Manage applications]->[Jorte]->[Move to phone]
There also are some users who think moving(installing) Jorte to SD card and importing data to different terminal is transferring data.
At this point, they realize that Jorte is not installed. And if Jorte is installed as a new it is overwritten over old one.
As a result of this, case of “all data in Jorte is disappeared” is frequently reported.
Please be careful. This happens not only with Jorte, but also with all the application installable into SD card.
Also, after installing applications into a SD card and if the SD card is damaged with any reason, Jorte and other installed application cannot start up.
Even if SD card can start in the condition of damage, force close and data deleting etc... might occur.
Please be cautious about installing applications into SD card.
* OS versions that are possible to transfer(install) into SD cards : not less than Android 2.2
When upgrading OS, "Please take your own responsibility regarding OS upgrade" is mentioned. This means is to be cautious about problems that might occur with variety of applications including Jorte and respective setting.

(Please take your own responsibility when re-installing Jorte and formatting Android terminal.)
Re-installing Jorte
Formatting Android Terminal
Please restore data from backups by performing above operations.
Also by OS upgrading, functions are added to Jorte.
Also, ToDo account can synchronize at selected account and the setting is changeable. Jorte supports OS, Android 1.6 or above(Android 1.5 has slight function restrictions).
If you cannot update in the Google Play (Play Store), it is the problem of Google Play, rather than Jorte apps.
Please you cancel the download once, and try it again later after some intervals.
We have solutions to it.

Jorte has unique input item that Google calendar and other calendar applications do not have.
Because of these influences, data might be erased or applications might be forced not to start.
We are sorry but we are unable to take responsibility when using Jorte calendar mode and applications from other companies that has data reference function.
It is possible to uninstall variety of application by root acquisition, but all application related to standard calendar is linked with Jorte Google Calendar Mode. By uninstalling them, Jorte might not boot up or registered data might be erased.
